⭐️ Sujon Blackcurrant Jelly 😋😍

Happy Christmas Blackcurrant Jelly

– Warm water 135 ml
– Gelantine powder 30g
– SUJON blackcurrant powder 3g
– 2 Tbsp Sugar
– 2 tsp Agave syrup
– 1 tsp Lemon juice

Mix warm water, sugar and gelatine into a bowl. Place the bowl on a boiling water pot to heat the water, mix them until all the powder dissolved.

Add Agave syrup and SUJON blackcurrant powder into the bowl and mix them well.

Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, placed in refrigerator for 4 hours. Demold.


Agave syrup increases the softness of soft sugar

Ingredients’ measurement can be adjusted according to personal preference, and taste can be adjusted during cooking process.

SUJON blackcurrant powder contains a lot of fiber, it will not dissolve completely.

Please consume within 2 to 3 days.
