What payment methods can i use?

You can pay by the following payment methods.

  1. Credit card:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and other credit or debit cards. All our card transactions are processed by highly secured payment gateway in Hong Kong.
  2. PayPal: If you have a PayPal account or PayPal supported Cards, you can also pay by PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment method for online transactions and allows you to make payment using your credit card without disclosing these details to any other parties.
Can i buy a product that is currently not sold in your website?

Please contact our customer service and let us know the details of the product you are interested in that are sold in New Zealand but is not currently sold in our website, we can source it for you.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive the confirmation via your email and we will dispatch your delivery shortly.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The invoice for your order with be sent digitally via your registered email.

How do i know if my order has been shipped?

You must Create (if you do not currently have one) or Login your account first, you can view and track your Order Status there and more.

Order Status

  • Pending: Your order has been accepted and will be processed shortly
  • Processing: Your order items are currently being gathered and packe readying them for shipping.  Your credit card has been fully charged at this stage.
  • Complete: Your order has been shipped.
How can i cancel my order?

All orders once confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. please contact OneNZ.com Customer Service If you have any other queries.

If your parcel has not been dispatched, we will fully refund to you according to the form of payment you have chosen before.
